Because… if I was interested in that sort of thing, the designation of ‘erotica, erotica’ JUST might not be enough. But when they add ‘nipples’ to the equation…HOO yah.

See, there’s this author named Lewis Perdue… and, like, 20 years ago he wrote two books that are really… eerily similar to the incredibly popular book by Dan Brown.
So he sort of let it be known, legally, that… hey! That book is almost identical to MY books…hmmmmm….
And what happened? They went and slapped HIM with lawsuits. They did this because somebody’s trying to make a movie in Hollywood, and it wouldn’t be convenient to be bothered with nasty mutterings of ‘plagiarism’ and the like. He’s countersued, of course.All sorts of shenanigans. I’ll be interested in the results.
Of course… maybe they should be more worried about the nasty mutterings of ‘can’t write his way out of a wet paper bag’…
Honestly…I wasn’t terribly impressed, myself, with Brown’s bestseller. I have yet to read Perdue’s. I think I might, though. Just because.
