Student. Not a word I thought would apply to ME. Ever again.

But it does now.

So far I have “Networking Concepts” on M/W, and they have me scheduled for “Keyboarding” as well. I’m going to try and challenge that one. If I can’t type 35 words per minute for five minutes with less than 3 errors, then I’m screwed and I DESERVE to sit through the sort of class I took 20 years ago.

T/Th I appear to have “Intro Software Applications”, “Technical Customer Support”, then “Composition and Reading” I’m hoping these will all be easy, because if they are the first quarter will be delightfully simple.

At least I don’t have to take any math classes. Hallelujah!

I’m having a difficult time adjusting to the day-people schedule. I don’t care for it. No, not at all. Sunshine is an annoyance, and having to be pleasant to strangers for several hours at a stretch is …uh… interesting.

That’s school. It’s not bad. Actually, I have no opinion of it other than the part about having to get up early. That’s not really related to the school aspect, so much as the ‘participating-in-society-when-sleepy’ aspect.

I’m exhausted. I need more sleep, but there are things that prevent me from achieving that. I’m taking vitamins. It may be helping a bit. We can’t be sure.

One thing is certain. I’m either going to find that I like the idea of being a productive, normal member of society OR I’m going to find I can’t stand it and I wish to become a bohemian, vagabond, destitute, unwashed drifter. Yeah. Sexy. “What’s that smell?” “Oh, Joy’s visiting.”
