(and someone kindly penciled in the year, 1925, and Harvey’s last name, “Larwance”. I’m guessing this was Gran, because she had a habit of getting letters mixed up when writing names. She did this throughout my life. She never did spell my married name correctly, and my daughter’s name went through several interesting and amusing changes at her hand.)
